HOW TO USE
1.Lightly saturate cotton pad with make-up remover on the area you want to clean, apply gently for a few seconds, and gently wipe it away. Repeated several times if makeup is heavy.
2.To fix problem areas such as smeared mascara,eye shadow and eye liner, apply lotion on a Q-tip and gently wipe in one direction over the problem area.
